It would not be wise for me to set-up an account with aweber or something like that starting out but am willing to upgrade in the not so distant future. I just need a platform to get started with email marketing campaigns and opt-in forms.

Thanks

I will send you the contact information for my rep at EmailDirect.com. He allowed me to build my database and get everything established without charging me. I have now been working with them for 2 years.

Anyway, look in your email for my rep’s contact information. Tell him that "The Other Clay" sent you and he should hook you up with the same deal.

*** you have email turned off, so email me on my profile page and I will reply with his contact info

You are in the UK and I am in the US, so the laws are not going to be the same, but I suspect that the UK or EU has similar laws in this regard.
Here in the US we have the ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act. ANy employer must make ‘reasonably accomodation’ to your epilepsy. THey are also forbidden from discriminating in hiring, assuming you are capable of doing the job.

As to what type of job, I suspect that there is some local governmental office that can help.

I am doing a project management course and have to find out which methodology is being used. Would the method be PRINCE2 or DSDM Atern (Agile)? Maybe a mixture of both? Could you give examples of why it would be a certain methodology and not another?

I dont think I am smart enough to answer your question. Sorry :(

Dear friends i am making an online e book store as my project in asp.net Visual studio 2008. I have downloaded few web templates from internet i want to know how can i use web template in my project.
Pls. guide
thanks in advance.

web templates usually have html, css stylesheet, images etc.. they are blueprint of your pages also called as mockup.

if you like any template, you can copy them on to .aspx pages. you can use those region where you want to show your content. if you are loading those from database, use .net controls to load.

you can use asp.net master pages or user controls if you want to share that mockup on other pages…

i hope me & you are in same track. i dont know if there is anything else called templates..

I’m looking for a Tattoo for the back of my neck and upper back. I’m looking for something celtic or tribal. I’ve Googled my little heart out but i can’t seem to find any unique looking designs. Anyone have any ideas?

have a look at http://byeohazard.com it’s a tattoo shop and have loads of their previous work and designs on their website

like in the chest area, but in the shoulder region?
I am getting a Tattoo there, i just need some really cool ideas.
that was a stupid statement concidering I am lesbian and cannot get pregnant.

a huge cock would be really cool

Or anything like that? Such as between your tattoo and jeans or a bra strap? I know it would be best not to, but if it is necessary is there any way to protect the Tattoo from being rubbed wrong?
Not necessarily for a long period of time.

If you need to put a piece of cloth in between, coat it with some unscented, unmedicated lubriderm. putting dry cloth over a tattoo can cause the cloth to heal to the tattoo, and once you tear it off, it will take some of the ink with it. i fell asleep and my tattoos healed to my bed sheet, and when i pulled it off in the morning, it pulled off some of the scabbing which left blotches in the ink.

Don’t they want to get jobs later in life?

I suspect it is the cumulative effect of substance abuse, which leads to poor decision making skills, that would cause someone to make such a huge mistake. Also, hanging around a sub culture where tattoos are accepted and even cool (like Yahoo Answers, where all the Tattoo proponents gather together to encourage each other) would lead to a similar erosion in decision making skills.

"Emotional risks [of Tattoos] include negative feelings you might have as a result of getting a tattoo or piercing. Social risks are those that could damage your relationship with others, including friends, parents, teachers, and employers. . . For example, body modification can affect your chances for future employment. Certain jobs are not available to people who have visible body art."
(Bonnie B. Graves, Tattooing and body piercing, p. 43)

"The fact that so many people change their minds [about their tattoos] should lead you to think carefully about whether you want to lock yourself into a fashion statement that might cause you a lot of aggravation and heartache later in life." (Laura Reybold, Everything you need to know about the dangers of tattooing and body piercing, p. 32)

"What so few realize, tragically, is that such a mark [tattoo] becomes the albatross around the neck for all time." (Ronald Scutt, Art, Sex and Symbol, 1974, p. 181)

solar panels in Australia are being used extensively both at homes and non-residential buildings. Like anything else, solar panels have their own gains and disadvantages. The gains are plenty, and the foremost one is your growing into your own energy provider. There are no more tensions from the utility companies, and you might well be safe from the daily-increasing and mounting electricity costs. Moreover, you are absolutely far away from any tension of maintenance, which is an amazing fact.

The long-lasting nature also supports your cause, besides giving out obvious environmental gains. By getting along this way, the consumption of fossil fuels gets slashed down for a longer part, and greenhouse gas emissions are thus controlled.

You can get a small solar electricity system; Just contact a good solar company in Australia and get benefitted in a grand way. The initial cost is the only worry with it, as the installation of a solar power system may touch tens of thousands of dollars. However, solar rebate in the picture is a great relief effective for growing solar panel sales. This creates more choices and decreasing prices.

Solar installers would charge that much is not easy to consume and seem daunting, and might force you to leave the idea behind. Having solar panels in Australia would not be that daunting, as you will get various government programs to make up for the cost. But you can’t avoid having these panels, as the rising rates of the solar panels in Australia would seem fairly less in comparison to the growing rates of electricity cost. Thus, you know what your choice would be.

Australia is seeing enhanced demand and so the rise of solar company, using advance technology. Now we tend to see lots of types in Solar panels, and some look fairly pleasing. Modern panels are installed into homes for serving more purpose than they were initially meant for. After all, the technology has taken a drastic change, and so has your tastes. Depending on your need, solar panels can be picked.

Monocrystalline, polycrystalline and amorphous are some of the types of solar panels in Australia, which are bought about according to the need. They all work in the same way, but just have difference in efficiency. The power you need, the space you have and the location will all decide what your choice would be for solar panels.

Yes, it is really possible to learn how to make solar panels on your own. If you decide to make your own photovoltaic panel you will be able to save large chunk of money needed for your entire home made solar power system. The fact is that you could easily get the components for your home made panels even for under $100. And you can also easily find step-by-step diagrams that will help you in your building adventure.

So what you need to successfully build your own home made solar panel? Go out or go online and find yourself following parts: solar cells, plywood, glass, copper wire, silicone, solder, and a UV protector. Photovoltaic cells are the main and central part of your home made panel. Photovoltaic cells do the actual transformation of solar energy into electricity.

Find yourself strong piece of plywood. It doesn’t have to be expensive one, but just strong enough since it will be the backing for your panel. You need copper wire to connect your cells in one system and silicone is used to adhere the cells to the plywood. And finally, use glass to fix the entire panel together.

Once you learn how to make solar panel and once you actually build one for yourself, your panel will last many years. But you will need to to maintain them. And they are not difficult to maintain. You home made panel will generate lots of electricity for your home from one of the cleanest and renewable energy sources.
