You are in the UK and I am in the US, so the laws are not going to be the same, but I suspect that the UK or EU has similar laws in this regard.
Here in the US we have the ADA, the Americans with Disabilities Act. ANy employer must make ‘reasonably accomodation’ to your epilepsy. THey are also forbidden from discriminating in hiring, assuming you are capable of doing the job.
As to what type of job, I suspect that there is some local governmental office that can help.
