You’ll need to be able to write a report on which rooms are checking in, which are checking out, and which people are staying over (stayed the night before but not checking out yet).

You should have the documentation for the following :
1. Cleaning of Rooms and Toilets (twice daily)

3. The A/Cs have to be cleaned once a week
4. Issue of towels and newspapers to each room
5. When a customer checks out of the room a document has to be maintained to see that he has not left any of his belongings. If found later, have it in ur custody and inform the customer. This will not only bring good name to the hotel but also the customer will have peace of mind while he stays with us
