I can’t go to my local gym (my mom ran one of the instructors over) and I don’t have time travel far because I’m studying. What are some things I can do in the house? I’m trying to get in shape so I can start feeling better about myself and because I’m going Jamaica next year and I want to look good! Also what are some things I can eat to keep me healthy?

Think HIGH protein/MODERATE fats/LOW carbs. That will get you in shape.
