should i train one muscle group with multiple exercises?


im unsure of how many different exercises to perform in a Workout.
i know bodybuilders target one group with three exercises plus, but most are on steroids!

3×12 is common and

4×8 also!

5×5 HAS ANYONE GOT ANY INFO ON THIS?????

Any of the above amount will work fine. I was told once that if you do over 30 reps in a workout, then your muscles will grow bigger, but anything under that and they will stay the same, but I’m not entirely sure whether that is true or not, but I have heard similar before elsewhere. I usually go with 6 sets of 4 reps with about 20-30 secs of rest. Every six weeks I switch it up and change my reps and sets to keep my muscles guessing. Good luck
