I hurt my elbow a month ago and i had surgery last week and im looking to get back into the weight room, but i cannot work upper body except my abbs. So i want to get in the weight room to work my legs all five days. and dont tell me you cant cause you have to have rest, because i read arnold schwarzenegger‘s Bodybuilding encyclopedia and he says you can work your legs every day. so can some one give me a weekly workout routine for my leg only?
