what are some good body weight exercises to build muscle in the chest, abdomen, arms (forearm, biceps, triceps), and legs (calf and quadriceps)? i do not have weights, so if some of the exercises require weights, what are some good, cheap, around-the-house alternatives? thanks.

wide grip pushups 5 sets to failure
Pull Ups 5 sets to failure
Squats 5 sets to failure
lunges 5 sets to failure
military press 5 sets to failure
curls 5 sets to failure
close grip pushup 5 sets to failure

and im sure you got weights in iraq were we useing chains sand bags buckets of water gallons with sand in em, bricks blocks anything you can pick up
