If you want a tattoo on your neck think about putting it on the back of you neck so it's not too visible. That place can be sensitive as you go closer to the spine. The wrist can be pain full if it's going over the bones in the wrist. I haven't had a neck tattoo done yet but from what I have heard I think the neck can be pain full. If you really want it on one location then just man up and do it.
